You will soon receive a hard copy of a Novelty Fake Sick
Note By Post - in approx 1 or 2 working days.

Unless otherwise requested we will send you a sick note from a
surgery closest to the delivery address (postcode) you have given
us.

filled in in normal handwriting, it may look better still get a
pal to fill it in, as you may not want to use your own hand-writing
& signature on the note.
