  NB: We are having a small issue with our payment system, and occasionally we do not get your flat/road/street number when you check out. Please email us drsnotestore@gmail.com with your complete address, as to ensure swift delivery of your sick notes.

You will then shortly receive a hard copy of a Novelty Fake Sick Note By Post (approx 3 to 5 working days).

Unless otherwise requested we will send you a sick note from a surgery closest to the delivery address (postcode) you have given us.
