Sick Note for Missing College or University classes or exams

Please email us info@doctorsnotestore.com with your postal address so we can send you your Private Sick Note.

Note you will receive a Private Sick note similar to the image to the left (obviously will be full size, stamped etc.)

This type of sick note is typically used to explain school/college/university absences.

Unless otherwise requested we will send you a sick note from a surgery closest to the delivery address (postcode) you have given us.
